AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF ROYALSPINIA CASINO SERVICES

1. INTRODUCTION. This Agreement for the use of Royalspinia Casino services ("Agreement" or "Terms and Conditions") is entered into by and between Royalspinia Casino, a player who intends to participate in online gaming activities on our website (the "Player"), and Lamarketing B.V., operator of Royalspinia Casino. This Agreement governs the Player's use of our Services.

2. DEFINITIONS. The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:

(a) "Services" means the provision of online gambling services, including but not limited to the placement of bets on games offered on our website;

(b) "Player Account" refers to a personal account that is created by the Player for use with our Services; and

(c) "Us", "Our" or "We" collectively refer to Lamarketing B.V. operating under Curaçao jurisdiction.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By accessing, registering an account on or otherwise using our website, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all applicable policies, rules and guidelines (collectively referred to as "Policies") which are part of these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USE. To participate in the Services, each Player must register a personal account with us. Registration requires accurate information, truthfully providing such data will be considered an agreement to this contract.

5. MINORS. No person under 18 years or as set forth by local laws is allowed to access our website and use the service.

6. GAMBLING REGULATION AND LAWS. Player acknowledges that gaming legislation may vary by jurisdiction where they are resident; the Player must comply with such relevant legislation, in particular their own law regarding gambling online.

7. GAME RULES. The outcome of each game is determined solely by our server software. All results shall be final and binding on all parties without exception. The odds displayed on the website may change due to real time updates from servers that are connected to them via internet; however, odds changes will not affect a bet after it's been placed.

8. BETTING LIMITS. We reserve the right to alter or remove any betting limit at our discretion, as well as void or cancel all bets which fall below an advertised minimum stake limit, even if the player has wagered that amount on the event concerned.

9. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTION FEES. All transactions and fees will be conducted in accordance with laws governing financial services applicable to Curaçao. We are entitled at any time to change or introduce new payment methods, currencies and/or transaction fees without giving prior notice.

10. WITHDRAWALS AND PAYOUTS. Payouts on winning bets shall only occur once the account has reached a minimum withdrawal balance of fifty (50) Euros. All payout requests will be processed within one working day from Monday to Friday excepting any national holidays that fall in between those days, however We are not liable if this process is delayed.

11. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES. All bonuses and promotions offered by us are governed separately under "Promotions" terms and conditions; player acknowledges they've read and understood such rules.

12. VIP PROGRAM. We reserve the right to alter or cancel our loyalty program at any time without prior notice, although we will do this as infrequently as necessary in order not to disrupt usage of services offered within these Terms & Conditions by regular members who participate voluntarily.

13. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING POLICY. By entering into this Agreement and/or registering an account on our website the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by our responsible gambling policy (the "Responsible Gambling Policy").

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the Curaçao Arbitration Act, or if applicable to jurisdiction where player resides then relevant country laws will apply.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our Services, and it supersedes all prior agreements, whether written, oral or implied.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without giving notice in writing as may be required by applicable law; if we change them significantly then you will be notified via an email which contains information about such updates

17. AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS. Amendments and cancellations must be made in accordance with section 8 above.

18. CLOSURE OF PLAYER ACCOUNTS. Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason, we may close a Player's account at our discretion without liability to us; in such circumstances all information stored about you shall remain confidential as it is governed by current laws

19. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION. We will keep and protect personal data that has been submitted by player according their rights under Data Protection Law, including your right to request correction or erasure at any time upon giving us 3 days' prior written notice.

20. FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS. In the event of a force majeure as defined hereunder We may postpone or cancel performance and suspend any service without liability for losses arising out therefrom.

By using our website, registering an account on or otherwise utilizing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
